The real estate economy along the Gulf Coast had already started to tank by that time and all we wanted was to increase income. Although we have grown to over 30 properties, our business goal has not changed. Our philosophy in the homes we represent is "quality" not "quantity." Yes, we could make more money by listing as many properties as possible and renting them to whomever logged on to our site, but that's not who we are or what we do. As owners of our own vacation rental homes, we know the importance of personally speaking with every potential guest. Sometimes over and over again. We do this to seek the guests who will appreciate and care for your home the way they would their own quality property. We do a certain amount of qualifying your potential guests in a discreet and professional manner so we always know who's coming into your home, how many children they have, and the purpose of their vacation; whether it is a large family get together or just to relax. We are also able to secure a larger number of rentals by diligently pursuing possible guests and being available 24 hours a day to answer their questions. All of our guests feel a personal sense of kinship with us and we truly believe that makes them better guests who want to care for your property and return to us year after year

You have a choice regarding advertising fees. Maintenance fees you can understand and or manage yourself. We don't like to be 'nickeled and dimed' and we won't do that to our clients or customers.
After three years in business, we are ready to grow again!
